Select your Start Date and number of days you wish to Rent for.

Add it to your basket, and enter your delivery address on the checkout page.

Once booked, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your delivery details.

Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email immediately.

📦 Step 2: Delivery & Collection
Your device is dispatched with the aim for it to arrive on your start of hire date.

If staying at a Hotel, Hostel, or B&B:

The package will be delivered to the reception desk.

Ask the front desk staff for a package reserved under your name.

If staying at a House, Flat, AirBnB or Office:

The package will be posted directly to the address provided.

📶 Step 3: Connect & Use

Turn on the device and connect your phone, laptop, or tablet using the WiFi details provided.

Enjoy unlimited data during your rental period.

Need it longer? You can extend your hire period if your plans change.

📮 Step 4: Return the Device

On the last day of your rental, pack the device securely with protective packaging.

Stick your return postage label onto your package.

Drop the package at your local courier shop
