Your assigned device would arrive on your start of rental date(excluding public holidays) or may arrive 1 to 3 days in advance as a courtesy when possible.  

If your start date is Sunday or Monday, and your order is received after our last dispatch time on Friday, your assigned device would be dispatched on Monday to arrive Tuesday, and your start date would be moved to date the delivery company arrives at your address to deliver the device. 

The latest day your hired device(s) need to be posted back to us is on the actual day your rental ends.   

Your rental includes a “courtesy” Free return shipping label and instruction for posting the device back at the end of your hire through any of the over 10,000 U.S Post office stores.

You can contact us and we would provide you with an address to send the device back to if you mistakenly take the device outside the U.S.

Temporary internet devices are sent to the delivery address through a delivery/courier service company. Same day delivery is currently not available.

If the order is received before the last dispatch cut off time for the day, it will be dispatched through a Next working day delivery service

If you

• need a device tomorrow
• and you select tomorrow as your start of rental date,
• and we receive your order before our last dispatch time today

your assigned device would be dispatched today through a Next Working day delivery service to arrive with you tomorrow.

Where possible a signature is obtained by the postman/woman delivering the package to your address. Any one at the address can sign for it.

If no one is available: 
the delivery company would redirect the package to their storage collection point local to your delivery address for you to pick up the package from there, or to request a re-delivery through their website (details would be in the leaflet they would pass through your door or letter box).
OR you can contact us before you place your order for a local post office collection option, so that it can be delivered to your local post office for you to pickup by your start date. 

For each day a device is kept beyond the end of hire date, that device would end up not being available for renting out to anyone else for the number of days of the delayed return. 

The latest day your hired device(s) need to be posted back to us is on the actual day your hire ends.  Late return would incur a daily late return fees plus an admin charge, even if the device was not being used during the late return period (please see late return section of our rental agreement page)

Yes you can extend your hire as much as you require. If you find out you would need the hired device for longer than planned, you can easily extend your hire by using the hire extension guide included in the hire confirmation email you received after placing your order to extend the hire for as long as needed.  Or you can send an email reply to your hire confirmation email (email received after placing your order) and the team would be happy to help you.

So unlike other carriers or portable wifi device providers that can only operates on just One carrier/data network, ours automatically works with 3 of the top data providers across the U.S

If the delivery company delivers the device to you late due to the delivery company’s fault (EG: there was a delay in their logistics which caused the device to arrive late) and it is not a situation where the delivery company attempted to deliver to your address but no one answered , or the address you provided was not complete or correct, then you can contact us and

• your start date can be moved to the day that your delivery was made.
• Or the hire period missed due to the delay can be refunded back to you at the end of your hire period after the returned device has been received.

But if the delivery company attempted to deliver the package on time but one one answered , or the delivery company was unable to access the property or the address you provided was not complete/valid, then the above options would not be available. You would need to make arrangement for a redelivery of the package through the tracking detail page, and the delivery company would make another attempt to deliver the package. If the tracking page show the device is on route back to us, please contact the customer service team by replying your hire confirmation email (not payment receipt email) to explain and the team would be able to provide support.

The delivery company would normally pass a leaflet through your door with a guide on how to reschedule another delivery attempt (information would also be on the tracking web page) or collect it from the local delivery office.

The device can be used through out the United State( All 51 states in the U.S). The device provides you with unlimited data access across the U.S. 

It also Automatically Switches between Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T for best speed performance where ever you are in the U.S.

Yes, you can connect your  TV/Smart TV to the internet through our internet device using WiFi or LAN/Ethernet cable.

 Yes you can connect your game console to the portable wifi by using WiFi , and your game console will get internet access.
