Delivery Cost
Fast (Overnight Delivery) : $60

Standard: $40 (takes 2 working days)
If you order at least 2 to 3 days before your start of hire date, your device can arrive on your start of hire date.

How long does it take to deliver
We aim to get the device delivered to your delivery address on your start of hire date or 1 to 3 days before the start date. Your assigned device would arrive on your start of hire date ( excluding public holidays) or may arrive 1 to 3 day in advance as a courtesy (when possible). Delivery company would normally deliver between 8AM to 4:30PM on the day of your delivery.
If your order is received 1 day or 1 Working day before your start date, you would need to select a Fast delivery option to get it on time.

  • Monday-Friday(excluding public holidays):
    3PM (EST), 2PM (CST), 6PM (GMT) , 12PM (PST)

What if I’m only spending 1 night at my first hotel/address
We recommend you order the device at least 1 week in advance so that it arrives at your delivery address in advance.
Where can you deliver to?
We deliver across United States (it does not matter if its a house, apartment, hostel or even an office) as long as it is a valid U.S address that can accept deliveries. If you need a device for United Kingdom, please visit our U.K website https://www.wifihire.co.uk
How do I return the device.
The package includes a return label (already paid for) for posting the device back to us (on your end of hire date or earlier ).

  • Package the items properly (Do not write on the product box)
  • securely real the package,
  • add the return label (unobstructed) onto the package
  • Follow the return process provided

A late return fee is charged per day for each extra day the device is kept beyond the end of hire date . Please see our rental agreement page for late return fees plus an admin charged for late return.

Do I Sign?
Where possible a signature is obtained.
What if I’m not in?
If your delivery address is hotel/hostel/office/holiday park: The package would be delivered to the reception/concierge desk/mail room by the delivery company for you to go and pickup on your arrival.If your address is a home/AirBnB/house address and your hire is for a portable device: The package would be passed through the letter box. But if it can’t fit into the letter box, the delivery company would leave a leaflet with instructions on how to collect the package from the delivery/mail/storage facility office(normally local to your delivery address) for collection with using the tracking code and a valid ID or you can visit the tracking page (tracking details would have been emailed to you when it was dispatched) to request a re-delivery.Email us info@wifihire.com if you have any questions
